The Power Electronics Plant of Tsinghua University (referred to as "THUpE", "Tsinghua Sapu", and the Power Electronics Technology Research Office of the Nuclear Energy and New Energy Technology Research Institute of Institute of Nuclear and New Energy Technology) is a scientific and technological enterprise with power electronics technology as the core and power semiconductor devices and induction heating power supply as the leading factor. It is currently recognized by the industry as a domestic KA high-frequency transistor The manufacturer and supplier of induction heating power supply and complete equipment for surface heat treatment (Hot working) is one of the first high-tech enterprises re recognized by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission in 2008, and is a wholly-owned enterprise of Tsinghua University.
For 30 years, Tsinghua Sapu has always been at the forefront of technological innovation, becoming a domestic leader in KA high-frequency thyristors and high-power induction heating power supplies. In recent years, we have carried out the work of implementing the national military standard on component production lines, and have successively undertaken the following tasks: 1 component production line implements the national military standard; 2 localization projects for military components; 1 Electronic Development Fund project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; 9 scientific and technological achievements have won science and technology awards at the provincial or ministerial level or above; Lead or participate in the formulation and revision of four industry standards; Obtained 12 national patents.
Tsinghua SAP has built a strong research and development team, and has continuously developed new products in the development of new power electronic components and induction heating power supply, such as 150A/150V Power MOSFET, 150kW/250kHz high-frequency induction heating power supply, concrete pipe piles and production lines of prestressed steel bars for high-speed railway sleepers. At present, there are nearly 20 members in the research and development team of Tsinghua Sanpu, including: 1 postdoctoral candidate and 4 master's candidates; 2 researchers, 1 associate researcher, and 4 senior engineers; 2 members of the Power Electronics Society of the Electrotechnical Society; 2 part-time doctoral supervisors and 1 master's supervisor.
